As spring awakens the earth and our bodies, you are warmly invited into a curated, multi-sensory, holistic experience designed to nourish movement, creativity, and deep rest.
Spring Harmonic Flow is more than a class. It is an intentionally woven journey of mindful movement, sound immersion, and creative expression. Thoughtfully designed by two passionate holistic practitioners, this intimate gathering offers a gentle sanctuary where you can slow down, reconnect with your breath, and restore inner balance.
Guided by Marga Fripp, Certified Qigong Teacher and Expressive Arts Therapist, and Michelle Koster, Sound Guide and Yogi, this unique experience weaves a Mindful Movement Qigong flow with a live Sound Bath. Participants will move gently in harmony with the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments. As movement and sound unfold together in real time, each element is intentionally curated to support nervous system ease, creative awakening, and embodied presence.
No prior Qigong experience is needed, and all movements can be practiced seated.
Rooted in the spirit of seasonal renewal, this spring ritual invites you to release what feels heavy, welcome fresh energy, and reconnect with clarity, calm, and creative flow. Within a warm and supportive atmosphere, participants are gently guided toward inner harmony, deep relaxation, and compassionate connection.
