Marga Fripp Studio offers Qigong Classes on Zoom from the comfort of your home. Classes take place on Mondays, 6:45-7:30 pm ET, and Thursdays, 8-8:30 am ET. The class includes mindful flows, gentle stretches, and self-massage to release physical & emotional stress, clear the mind, calm the heart, and remove energy stagnation.
