31-Day Wellness Challenge, May 2024

Participate Online on Facebook !

Join us during May 2024, Mental Health Awareness Month, for 31 days of wellness for a healthier and happier you. Each day, we invite you to do something for your mental wellness and well-being. We’re offering a sample of holistic wellness practices at our Healing Hive at Folkmoot and at the sites of our Wellness Partners.

Offerings include walking the labyrinth, taking a Qigong class with Marga or a Yoga class at Axis Yoga, enjoying a live concert at Folkmoot, working with clay with Gratitude Pottery, learning about herbs for wellness with The Alternative Clinic, watching a painting demo with artist, Richard Baker, and more.

The invitation is to do something every day for your mental wellness and well-being, like taking a walk, gardening, making a nourishing meal, exercising, and so on.

Take a photo or a short video and post it on our private Facebook group. To participate, join our Facebook page. We will cheer you on, and you’ll be inspired by the collective energy of our community. Together we support each other to form better habits for healthier and happier lives of meaning and purpose.
