Make a Portable Ancestral Shrine with Mary Clayton-McGlauflin & Marga Fripp

In preparation for All Souls’ Day, Samhain, and Día de los Muertos, we invite you into a sacred space of remembrance and creativity. Together, we will honor our ancestors and beloveds who have passed (including cherished pets) by crafting portable shrines that can travel with you—carrying memory, blessing, and beauty wherever you go.

  • Each participant will receive a hinged wooden box and art supplies to create their shrine.

  • Please bring copies of photos of ancestors or loved ones you wish to include. (Do not bring originals, as they may be cut or altered to fit.)

  • Bring your own bag lunch

  • Enjoy a nourishing experience with herbal tea, light snacks, soothing music, aromatherapy, and compassionate guidance.

💛 Fee: $35–$55 per person (sliding scale).
Free for those in need. Your contribution helps make it possible for someone else to attend at no cost.
🌿 RSVP required. Space is limited.
