We’re offering a sample of a variety of holistic wellness practices at our Healing Hive at Folkmoot and on Zoom. A full schedule of offerings is below.
The invitation is to do something every day for your mental wellness and well-being, like taking a walk, gardening, making a nourishing meal, exercising, and so on.
