Through mindful movement, reflection, journaling, and expressive arts, you’ll create a personal Mandala of Visioning & Manifestation, discover your Word of the Year, and develop an affirmation to guide your intentions and inspire meaningful action.

No artistic experience is necessary, just an open heart and curiosity.
