Mindful Movement Qigong for Health, Healing & Wellbeing - This class is offered weekly, on Wednesdays, 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. at our Healing Hive at Folkmoot. Sliding Scale Fee: $12-20/class. Register for free if unable to pay.

What is Qigong? A moving meditation and energy self-healing practice known to transform stress into vitality. The practice is an effective complementary therapy that reduces anxiety, depression and stress, and improves mood and self-esteem. Qigong strengthens the immune and cardiovascular system, cultivates balance and bone health, and reduces blood pressure and stiffness in muscles and joints.
