The class includes breathwork, mindful flows, stretches, and self-massage to release physical & emotional stress, strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems, and improve balance, joints, and muscular systems. The practice also supports the health of your kidneys and lungs and helps clear the mind, calm the heart, and remove energy stagnation.
