Free Qigong Classes on Zoom with Marga for Mental Health Awareness Month


A gentle restorative Qigong class, similar to Tai Chi, to release stress and anxiety and reset your nervous system. The class includes breathwork, mindful flows, stretches, and self-massage to release physical & emotional stress, strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems, and improve balance, joints, and muscular systems.

Qigong is an effective mental health complementary therapy as it reduces anxiety and depression, and improves mood and self-esteem.
