Date: Saturday, June 20 | 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

Location: Folkmoot Auditorium

🌬️ What is Qigong?
Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, Qigong—often called the mother of Tai Chi—combines slow, flowing movements, breath awareness, and mindful attention to help release stress, restore vitality, and support emotional and physical well-being. This gentle practice helps regulate the nervous system, improve balance and circulation, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and inner harmony.

💛 Marga's Approach & Accessibility
Marga integrates trauma-informed mindful movement, breathwork, and compassionate presence, inviting participants to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. All ages, bodies, and mobility levels are welcome. Movements can be practiced standing or seated in a chair, making this class accessible for beginners, experienced practitioners, and those with limited mobility.
