What is Qigong?
Qigong is a gentle moving meditation and energy cultivation practice that transforms stress into vitality while supporting whole-person health and well-being.
Research has shown that regular Qigong practice can help:
Reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression
Improve mood, resilience, and overall well-being
Support balance, coordination, and healthy aging
Promote bone, joint, and cardiovascular health
Increase flexibility while easing muscle and joint stiffness
Support immune function and healthy blood pressure
No experience is necessary. The practice can be done standing or seated and is easily adapted for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. If you prefer to practice seated, please bring a sturdy chair without arms.
Come breathe, move gently, connect with nature, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit in community.
