Discover our sanctuary for wellness and healing with art, movement, plants, and compassionate community connection. We’re opening our doors for two special days — come as you are, explore what we offer, and leave refreshed, inspired, and renewed.

This program is offered as part of the Haywood County Arts Council’s Annual Studio Tour. We’re delighted to be one of the stops on the tour and invite you to experience the magic of The Healing Hive.

💛 Highlights of the Day:

• Free Qigong Class – Saturday & Sunday, 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
  A gentle, mindful movement practice to release stress, reset your nervous system, and cultivate peace.
  Free class, donations welcome. Registration required.

• Free Visible Mending Workshop – Saturday & Sunday, 2:00–4:00 PM
  Learn the beautiful, sustainable art of repairing clothes with creativity and intention. Bring a well-loved shirt or pants, and we will repair them together. Mending is a healing and rewarding mindfulness practice — learn a new skill, bring stillness, and enjoy the flow.
  Needles, thread, scissors, and fabrics provided. However, you can bring your own fabric for mending if you have something you enjoy and want to use. Free workshop, donations welcome. Registration required.

• Fall Plant Sale – Take home a leafy friend to brighten your space and keep it healthy this season, while supporting our mission to nurture mental wellbeing and social healing for all in our community. Funds benefit our outreach programs for adults and seniors living on low income.

• Art Showcase – Enjoy art, cards & prints by art therapist, Marga Fripp—all available for purchase.

• $5 Raffle – Win a thriving plant or one of Marga’s artworks! Raffle drawings are held at the end of each day.

• Healing Hive Open House – Tour our cozy, welcoming space, meet kindred spirits, and discover our healing arts programs.
