Mindful Movement Qigong for Health, Healing & Wellbeing. This class is offered weekly, on Wednesdays, from 11 am - 12:15 pm at our Healing Hive at Folkmoot.

Dates: Wednesday, October 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. 

Fee: $12-25/class, free for people in need. When you contribute a participation fee, you’re supporting someone in need to attend at no cost.

What is Qigong? A moving meditation and energy self-healing practice known to transform stress into vitality. The practice is an effective mental health complementary therapy that reduces anxiety, depression and stress, and improves mood and self-esteem. Qigong strengthens the immune and cardiovascular system, cultivates balance, bone and joint health, and reduces blood pressure and stiffness in muscles and joints.
