What is Qigong? A moving meditation and energy self-healing practice known to transform stress into vitality. The practice is an effective mental health complementary therapy that reduces anxiety, depression and stress, and improves mood and self-esteem. Qigong strengthens the immune and cardiovascular system, cultivates balance, bone and joint health, and reduces blood pressure and stiffness in muscles and joints.
